Employees receive assessment invitations via email, QR codes in break rooms, or intranet links. They complete a 10-minute assessment on their own device, at a time that suits them. No meetings. No observation.

Measure

Your aggregate dashboard shows workforce stress distribution by tier, department, and domain. Individual results are completely confidential, the architecture enforces this, not just policy.

Act

Quarterly wellbeing reviews with our clinical lead walk through the data and recommend targeted interventions. Track whether things are getting better or worse over time.

Your employees' individual results are never visible to the organisation. This is enforced by the system architecture, not by policy. Individual data physically cannot be accessed through the employer portal.
